You can select the image quality you would like buy clicking on either the 800x600 link or the 1024x768 link. the 1024x768 is better quality than the 800x600, but is larger and will take slightly longer to download. Clicking on the links or the thumbnails will open the full sized image in a new window, so if you have a popup blacker running, you might need to temporally disable it. Or you can right click on the image and click "Save Target as..." This is probably the best way to save the images.
